There aren't many AMD Ryzen options available in the Asia-Pacific region. If you switch to E3 or E5, there are plenty of options.
It can also be the United States or Europe.
Hi, with a monthly budget of $50, you could check out Fiberstate. They offer a Ryzen 5700G, which has a decent integrated GPU for RDP.

I would be more realistic on your requirement... You are trying to book a private jet for the cost of Cab Ride... When it comes to Asia Pacific region for AMD based server within 50$ budget.
I would suggest you look for VPS Hosting with good configuration and option to install custom OS(Win 10), in case your goal is with location specific... Kimsufi is the only provider with outdated Intel Servers matching your budget and the location .. Or you may have to find a Genie (private player) who is kind hearted to make your wish come true for 50$ per month.
In Europe or USA you may find providers who can match your requirement with some exceptional offers on tower top servers
