Most of their vps with Xeon are pretty bad in terms of CPU performance because they are most likely oversold especially APAC. Have had better luck on the ones with EPYC.>

Yeah I like it for unmetered bandwidth. Even if you do get an abuse complaint forwarded from them, tell them its resolved and they will unsuspend your vps.
Would not recommend AU, its in Sydney but single homed cogent with very bad routing. If you do a traceroute from Sydney it goes all the way to the US and back to their server in Sydney.
JustHosting has UAE as well and it's in stock more often, although they aren't bulletproof, of course. I've been considering them too, but 4vps gives me the option to run a Tor exit if I wish.

Any Croatia or Slovenia providers around? Looking for a low-spec VPS with atleast 2Gig connection and >3TB traffic. Will be solely used as a personal VPN.
I know that there is Edis offering both of locations but their lowest package is 1TB traffic + 6€ for additional traffic which kinda runs out of my budget.
Edit: I see Pipehost offers Slovenia, is there a short 1 hour trial possible from your end, just to check connectivity?

And in Croatia there's @MAXKO_Hosting but not really cheap with their regular plans. You can use 45.95.169.1 to test latency.
Possibly there are some more providers in those locations, but i can't remember any as of now.
I got prompt reply on ticket from @MattBGP - cheers! Unfortunately the peering from my end to his Maribor, Slovenia VPS didn't end well - not to blame his services ofcourse! It's just my shitty ISP with bad peering ;b
However thanks to him, I'll keep looking for more sources.
I recommend you run a globalping test against your IP address to check which one has the best latency if you care about that. Then if you find something with good peering, you can search globalpi.ng listing to see if anyone from LET has a server on this network and maybe ask them directly for more details.
Additionally, if you have IPv6, please check IPv6 as well since it can be routed differently and as a consequence the latency may also be better (or worse).
"Finding stable VPS nodes in countries like Tajikistan or Kyrgyzstan for under $5 is quite a challenge. Most local providers in these regions have high bandwidth costs and limited peering, which pushes the entry-level price higher than your typical US/EU budget VPS.
For Uzbekistan, you might want to check out some local Tashkent-based DCs, but keep an eye on the peering—some have great connectivity to RU but struggle with EU/US latency. For Armenia, there are a few providers, but they rarely hit the $5 mark unless it's a very limited NAT VPS.
