The issue with my VPS has been resolved and everything is now running normally again. I really appreciate the prompt support and the effort to get things back online so quickly.

sadly, my VPS goes down every like 14 days. It still shows as up in the panel, but it is unreachable (no ping) and I have to manually reboot it.
And today it was even unreachable then (ping worked but no ssh/https/etc) for maybe an hour until a third or fourth reboot fixed it.
Was going to try the API to not have to log in for a reboot, but the request gets blocked by cloudflare captcha...

i have the exactly same issue, my server has already been unreachable twice and I have to do a manual reboot to restore it. I suspect it is related to filesystem or something
Yeah, multiple nodes must either be overallocated or some user abuse disk usage heavily
check your tickets. isnt that the purpose of support? im getting annoyed with the service lately with the responses.
These problems are happening less and less, thanks to the new systems implemented, but unfortunately sometimes they seem to recur in some nodes, it is not a general problem, but more centered on some VM, we are working on this.
Understanding what went wrong with our support system is part of my job, because that's the only way we can truly improve. We recently hired new staff and are now able to better manage the support system.

I would love to have a little RAM upgrade
but i replied in the ticket. its a server that keeps failing, yet when you check 3-4 days later obviously its fine. ive sent screenshots of the issues numerous times there.

I purchased it a month ago, and the free memory upgrade still hasn't arrived. My support ticket has gone unanswered for 48 hours... the service is incredibly slow.
Got server a month ago. Had two shutdowns because of disk failure. nevertheless server works good for that 7$ I paid for it.
I wish hosting had any servers in sweden for the price like 7-10$/year

We will soon proceed with the migration to the new NVMe disks, which unfortunately occasionally cause these problems, due to some problems encountered, fortunately the problem is extremely limited and will soon be resolved.
other things I've noticed, ipv6 only vps but provisioned with only ipv4 dns when you check cat /etc/resolv.conf
