  If you're running both the bot and the MTProto proxy on a 512MB-1GB instance, consider the Docker version of the proxy for easier management. Just keep in mind that some budget IP ranges in DE/FI are often flagged or blacklisted, so check the network reputation before committing.

  for a telegram bot + mtproto proxy you don't need much cpu but do watch the network quality and latency. that 1.49€ deal looks solid if you're just starting. once you scale, consider upgrading ram before cores - bots are memory hungry little beasts.
