Thank you so much for your offer. Since I primarily run my personal projects, I'd prefer to keep costs under $150 per year. Also, I'm a bit unsure about dedicated core usage; if it's all shared cores, my project's performance will be significantly compromised. @RIYAD
Are you asking for a 3 core 9950x VDS in Japan, with 12GB of RAM and Windows support? For $150/year? That's $12.5/month and I doubt this could be sustainable in any way unfortunately.

@RIYAD already give you good offer, It's Japan/Asia location, you should expect it be expensive. 14$ with that specs already quite cheap enough for non holiday-event price.
If you want cheap and performance, then first you should exclude Asia region
yea... it's not possible because Ryzen is very expensive in APAC. Just trying to buy a 9950x dedicated server in APAC is hard. It is easier if its EPYC.
