Storage 32TB
Looking for a bare metal/VPS storage solution, in any location, with at least 32TB HD of usable disk
At least one NVMe or SSD drive for the operating system.
RAM: 16-32GB is okay.
Processor: either size is fine.
Network: 1-2Gbps @ 20TB.
Location: USA or Europe, up to 300ms to Brazil is acceptable.
Must be able to install Proxmox Backup Server via IPMI/KVM (cannot be installed by the host).
The purpose is to replicate the current storage.
Budget: up to US$120/m
I considered the Hetzner SX65, but the setup is a problem.

Comments
If you already consider Hetzner you can try sniping their "Serverbörse" or try to get one transferred from someone on their community forum.
Maybe @layer7 on the VPS side, 30TB are possible on their Cloud Storage VPS, as far as I know, maybe it's possible to stretch that limit
Good luck.
There's a bunch of Hetzner auction servers with 2x512GB NVMe and 2x16TB HDD for around 100 USD/mo.
I have no experience with them but usually people mention @GorillaServers or @NetDynamics24 when it comes to cheap storage offers with lots of HDD capacity.
Like mentioned GorillaServers comes to mind but also if you increase your budget a bit. @1gservers has this crazy good deal going on.
Storage Deal (Limited Quantity)
Only $141.79 / mo!

I just saw this offer on auction, it looks interesting.
I know some people have had trouble with hard drive and raid card failures with DediRock storage servers, but so far I've been lucky. I have 16TB on a single server with them. I don't know if they can stack up 32TB or not, but it might be worth asking. I certainly wouldn't put anything on it I can't afford to lose or don't have backed up somewhere else given the recent reports, but you're not going to get cheaper storage. If they are willing to stack the deals up for you like they have in the past, you'd have 16 cores and 32 gigs of RAM, so it feels like it would meet your requirements.
budget is good. why dont you try OVH? or hosthatch or serverica vps? Hostdezire also have cheap machines.

Why do you need an IPMI/KVM to install Proxmox Backup? You can just install it on top of Debian 13.
I'm going to use LUKS at the root of the system.

Please contact us for the IPv4.
Ask the support to stack two of these:
Also you can get a dedicated server:
More disk space, still within $100/m, but the network is 500 Mbit.
Looking glass is here.
/ should you be ordering, disable your VPN first /
You can use cryptsetup-initramfs to remotely unlock a LUKS-encrypted root drive. It doesn't do remote attestation however, but neither does IPMI.
