Looking for a 2-4c 4g VM with a true IPV4 in EU/UK

Looking for a 2-4 core VM with 4 gigs of RAM at minimum (would prefer more RAM over the minimum 2 cores) with a true IPv4 in EU/UK under 26$ per year.
2c/4g VM with true IPv4 in EU/UK under $26 per year.

I mean did find C-Servers to be pretty close but the NAT IPv4 is something holding me back and their reviews in certain places.
Well actually i think it's possible if you consider heavily discounted plans. @NDTN (greencloud) seems to still have their sale offers available in the UK for $25/y:
https://greencloudvps.com/billing/store/budget-kvm-sale
And there's also @HostDZire who resells leaseweb. The links from their old thread are still active and 4c6g VPS in UK is still buyable, although at much higher price than before (since leaseweb increased their prices this year):
https://lowendtalk.com/discussion/212615/last-chance-india-sg-jp-usa-ca-uk-nl-de-4-vcore-amd-epyc-10gbit-from-22-year/p1
Beware those are promo plans so no refunds, transfers and most likely not much customer support allocated to them.
Other than this, we have some providers who offer servers in the UK on LET. If you at least double your budget you may ask @VM6 @xHosts or @kuroit / @ManishPant for something custom.
Thank you, looks like Hosteroid Dajti and Greencloud you listed seem to be within my budget with the specs. HosttDZire looked a bit sketchy so I'm probably not gonna consider them.
Just weighing my options between the three now, Hosteroid doesn't mention the CPU which is ehh but yeah.
@Hosteroid Dajti has
2 cores Intel(R) Xeon(R) Gold 6248 CPU @ 2.50GHz(here it is in my monitoring tool).I have some of HostDzire leaseweb reseller VPS's and so far they have been very reliable.
Oh wow thank you very much. What would you say their routing and uptime has been? Never bought a server in that country so I'm wondering how it is in general towards anywhere in EU or Asia.
At first I thought you were asking for UK server in particular, that's why I didn't mention @Hosteroid .
For me it has been very stable except that one time it had an outage of around 1 hour (that was back in November when Albania had floods).
You can see their uptime stats on their HetrixTools page:
https://status.hosteroid.uk/
The performance is decent and I never had issues with routing. Overall would recommend, I don't think you can get anything better for this price.

I'm glad to hear that, thank you. I didn't consider Albania so I just threw a general EU/UK because I didn't want US VPSes, Asia is also a option but those are usually expensive.
I've been trying to find a replacement VPS for 2 weeks scrolling here everyday, I did find a good rarecloud offer but I didn't have the funds at the time before the offer expired.
I am considering to just get the Hosteroid option because the alternative is C-Servers with NAT that will likely suck and it has bad reviews as well. I can see their uptime is quite decent and acceptable by me so yeah.
If you know of any other offers that are in the Europe/Asia hemisphere do let me know.
That monitoring tool looks really cool !!

I bought a 1-core/2GB/25GB SSD Frankfurt server for $20 here, participating in their resource doubling promotion. After doubling, it meets your requirements. However, their support ticket response time isn't very fast (possibly due to the time difference in China). It's been working well for me, but I only use it lightly, so I'm not sure if it's suitable for you. If you want an Asian server, I only know that Greencloud offers a 2-core/4GB server for $25 per year.
I will give them a shot, I will open a ticket to see if the offer is still valid for resource doubling. Hosteroid flagged my order as fraud due to proxy IP and reversed the transaction so I don't have hope with that for now.
These seem to be the options for me now
Honestly the Servitro 4 CPU 8G for 45$ is quite enticing for the money.
Also Hosteroid replied back on the ticket and manually approved me for purchase so they are back in play.
@oloke Hey, need a little help.
I think I'm falling for the BudgetKVMSGDC1-3 @ Greencloud for future proofing.
RAM: 8192MB
Hard drive: 60GB NVMe RAID-10
CPU: 4 cores @ EPYC Rome
IPv4: 1
IPv6: /64
Bandwidth: 1500GB
Port: 10Gbps
OS: Linux
Location: Singapore DC1
Price: $45
Are there better deals at the price or is this the best it gets at $45?
Not @oloke, but i purchased this
6666 SG: 4vCPU (fup@30%), 6+6G(doubled) 66GB nvme, 1666GB+1666GB BW $99/3y
There's also:
8888 SG: 4vCPU, 8G,88GB,8888GB BW $88/3Y
So, it's not the cheapest option, but cheaper among SG options
If you aren't in hurry, wait for best provider, summer, birthday event
No. Doesn't get much cheaper than Greencloud ( @NDTN ) deals. I mean they have occasionally even better ones during flash sales on LET, those listed are still great value.
btw those are not normal prices and in no way sustainable.
So don't expect to see them often, especially with recent hardware prices
"btw those are not normal prices and in no way sustainable."
Are you referring to the one I listed or rpgu?
If me, are you telling me greencloud will rip my ass off next year and do a 40$ price increase on top of my sub
Sorry brother/sister that pricing is way out of my wallets depths but thank you.
I'm so irritated, my VPS provider EOL'd at such a bad time and I couldn't get any of the deals in December.
Yes - to the provider.
I'm almost sure, in 2026 offering VPS with 4 core EPYC with 8G RAM in SG with dedicated IPv4 for $45/y is a loss for them. Most providers offer such prices mainly to gain recognition and hopefully attract also the profitable ones.
Both.
I highly doubt that will happen but I can't rule out anything obviously. Greencloud has quite a reputation on the forum so increasing prices of existing plans after a year would not make sense for them imo.
Alright I'm gonna gamble on the SG 45$ one, wish me luck. I already have a 1c/2g for 7$ from dedirock for uptime monitoring which is a great price for what it's worth.
Either I am a happy person next year or I lose both my VMs.
NP, some option are only available for longer commitment. It's actually cheaper option than that $45/y, because mine are 3-years contract. Anyway, 4c6g NL leaseweb might be a good fit for you (4c,6g,100GB,25TB, 3 year contract,~€36/y or €86.04/3y)
Fyi, their FUP is 30% core time. So, just think of it as 2.4vcpu.
Also, their nvme is great for database, but can't compete with onidel's 4k random read or 1m that's practically DDR4 tier
Note: Does @onidel track i/o? At some point people are going to use the blazing fast nvme as swap
"Anyway, 4c6g NL leaseweb might be a good fit for you (4c,6g,100GB,25TB, 3 year contract,~€36/y or €86.04/3y)"
who is this you are referring about?
Not sure if it can be compared this way. Please remember VPS is expected to be run under shared environment.
Even onidel can throttle users who max out CPU causing performance degradation to others. However we almost never suspend users for that, rather warn them and throttle when necessary. Unless there are clear indication of other ToS violations like cryptocurrency mining.
Yes we do. But if you are not abusing the IO or causing performance degradation to other users within shared environment, you should not be worried.
Even when we have doubts, we prefer to contact customer first rather than outright terminate their service for "io abuse". The risk of you getting terminated for it while performing your regular tasks is very low.
Customers are free to use swap of course, we would greatly discourage overusing the swap.
Even if onidel's drives are fast, the latency is usually much higher than accessing data in RAM directly. (40-50µs in our case - see fio benchmark below).
RAM access latency is usually closer to 10-15ns in comparison. Not to mention the data from swap needs to be copied to RAM anyway. Thus, swap overuse would almost certainly lead to performance degradation in the long term.
Yeah I found the leaseweb on hostdzire that @rpqu mentioned. It is like 80$ for SG which is a lot, the only cheapest for same spec is 36$ but USA.
I'm assuming you don't strictly prefer SG location. That's why I'm suggesting leaseweb AMS. Nevertheless, SG is expensive, and even I myself get shocked by the crazy pricing after BF+CM.
For example, I'm looking for 1c2g under $25 for warm tier failover. That's impossible in SG
I'm still surprised by the specs I got for 45$ from GreenCloud. Lets see how long it stays that way before they have a DeluxHost problem on their hands.
@BudgetKing thank you btw, found out about the offer through your link.
