I am looking to rent a reliable uptime dedicated server physically located in Columbus Ohio or very nearby only if latency still qualifies.
My priority is ultra low latency to the following endpoints

mainnet.infura.io

Requirement
At least one of the above targets must average no more than 2 ms over ping c 10
I am looking for the lowest possible price while meeting the latency requirement

Reliable uptime is very important
Crypto payment support is a plus but not required

Server is mainly used for basic reliable RPC data and analysis so this is why its latency sensitive

This is impossible unless you're in the same datacenter, or even the same rack. AWS in Columbus gets 1.42 ms.
