Hello everyone,
I just want to share my extremely frustrating and unacceptable experience with SoftshellWeb. I purchased a Ryzen - Two / Ryzen & Gold VPS on February 27th, 2026. Everything was working fine until April 27th, when they suddenly suspended my VPS without any prior warning, any evidence, or any proper explanation.
The only reason displayed is simply "SPAM". No logs, no details, nothing at all.
Since the suspension I have opened multiple urgent tickets:
Today is already April 30th — more than 3 full days have passed — and there has been ZERO reply from support. Not a single word.
I cannot log in, I cannot perform any operations, and most importantly, I cannot backup my data. The panel clearly says: "This VPS is suspended. You cannot perform any operations for the VPS!"
At this point I don't even want to continue using their service anymore. I just want to get my data out and cancel. That's all. But they are completely ignoring me.
This level of "support" is absolute rubbish. You pay for a service, they suspend it without any proof, then ghost you for days while your data is locked away. It's not just bad support — it's completely unprofessional and disrespectful to paying customers.
I have seen other users on LET complaining about the exact same issue: sudden spam/abuse suspensions with no explanation and tickets that go unanswered for days. This seems to be a pattern, not a one-off mistake.
@SoftShellWeb — if you're reading this, respond immediately and give me a way to backup/export my data before anything is deleted. I have attached screenshots of the suspension notice, account details, ticket list, and service status.
To everyone considering SoftshellWeb: think twice. For $6.95/month you might get cheap specs, but when something goes wrong you get treated like this. Not worth it at all.
I will also be leaving a detailed negative review on Trustpilot to warn other potential customers.
