Looking for Vps with residential ip

Hey I wish to know a normal provider which can have residential ip (non DC) but doesn't charge extreme amounts. I just need access to 1 residential ip and am happy with even 10 gb or less Traffic for what its worth because there are some websites that I'd like to access which require residential ip's but block my country. i am just curious to know about these as such. Please dm me if you don't wish to talk about them in public as I understand. I would really appreciate it and thank you to all.
More than anything, I don't think that I really need it but I am just curious to know and it might be nice to know. That's all.
