Hi, can you please send me the ticket ID?

Same problem as xiaoyunlong, Ticket #MEO-130694.
I am experiencing severe performance degradation on my VPS. The server is practically unresponsive: simple console commands take up to 5 minutes to execute, and server reboots are taking around 30 minutes to complete.
I have performed some basic diagnostics from my side. The RAM and CPU usage are completely normal (no swapping, plenty of free RAM). However, there is a massive disk I/O bottleneck:
The top command shows the CPU I/O wait is extremely high (around 69.4 wa).
The dmesg logs show that systemd-journald is constantly timing out and being killed by the OS watchdog because it physically cannot write to the disk. This is also leading to corrupted journal files. Here is an excerpt from dmesg:
    systemd[1]: systemd-journald.service: State 'stop-watchdog' timed out. Killing.
    systemd[1]: systemd-journald.service: Killing process 9667 (systemd-journal) with signal SIGKILL.
systemd-journald[9675]: File /var/log/journal/.../system.journal corrupted or uncleanly shut down, renaming and replacing.
Since my internal system metrics are fine aside from the I/O wait, this strongly indicates an underlying issue with the physical storage node (e.g., a failing drive/array) or a severe "noisy neighbor" situation depleting all available disk IOPS.
Could you please check the physical node's storage health and I/O load? If the current node is overloaded or experiencing hardware degradation, I kindly request migrating my VPS to a healthy node.

    Ticket #KEE-710026

    Dear Support Team,
I hope this ticket finds you well.
My VPS is on annual billing.

    Original price: 15€ per year
Later adjusted (due to hardware costs): 18€ per year (which I accepted)
Now in the client area, the upcoming renewal is showing 33€ for the next year.

    Could you please confirm:

Is 33€ the correct new annual renewal price for my plan starting from the next billing cycle, or is this a display/billing error (e.g. perhaps showing a different cycle or including extras)?

    Best Regards.

For the rest, however, we are checking all the nodes and limiting those who are abusing them, thanks for your important reports.

+1 vCore would be very much appreciated, please (I would have ordered W-3 instead had it still been available).

Thank you very much in advance!

If possible, I would prefer a RAM upgrade first.

If CPU, storage, and port upgrades are also available, that would be great.

    Hey!

My VPS had been running normally without any issues for 6 days... Everything was working as expected and there were no unusual loads, errors, or configuration changes on my side.

However, today the connection suddenly went down and the server status changed to "stopped". Because of this, all services became unavailable.

I attempted to boot the server several times, but unfortunately it keeps failing each time. The boot process always returns a fail, and the server does not start successfully.

This situation is concerning because the server stopped unexpectedly without any action from my side. A VPS should not stop on its own under normal conditions.

Could you please check what happened on your side and explain why the VPS was stopped? I would also like to understand what might be causing the boot failure and how this can be prevented in the future.

Thank you for your assistance :)

Hi, I can't see any network or server issues at the moment. Can you please send me your ticket ID or IP in dm so I can check?
