NameCrane UK DirectAdmin seems to be down...

Both panel and website hosted are down... I hope they can fix it soon, never had any issue with them in the past year.

    Update. Back to normal now.
    Something was wrong on server level.. see the load :/

    Sorry about the reboot. For MYSQL we got bit by a DirectAdmin hard coding the socket path for MySQL, and cloudlinux doesn't like that (since its not in the right place!). There's a thread on their forums about it.

    We patched that out, and things humming along.

    And once again redis didn't auto start back up, leading to Wordpress downtime
    Edit: Actually, seems to be in a restart loop

    Ticketed in, support replied "solved" 5 minutes after and guess what? Not solved. No reply since, 8+ hours and counting of redis being in a restart loop or not working altogether.
