    Europe isn't exotic.
Most of them already have been sold on LET.
Paying 30$/y for these, is expensive, you can get them for less.

Your definition and my definition of "Exotic" appear to differ, then. An article that outlines my thoughts:

I am looking for any and all options, and put my budget at $30/yr to maximize the possibility of finding a new deal or provider.

Brother, how is Russia on 2? Blyat.
China 1? Dafuq, you get cheap VPS already on Mainland, if you agree to KYC with CCP.

This discussion is going to lead to nowhere, I give up.

@ServerBachelor i wonder - would you consider Kosovo and North Macedonia "exotic" as well? (more a question since it wouldn't fit in budget)

Also, @Hosteroid has many interesting locations in Europe (Albania, Austria, Lithuania (oos), Slovakia (oos and excluded)) with great pricing on special offers.

And @MattBGP has servers in Austria (not to be confused with Australia) and Slovenia (not to be confused with Slovakia). Although probably above your budget as well.

In Switzerland, Finland and Iceland, Hostkey seems to offer surprisingly cheap prices. I have not used them yet so can't say how good it is. I think @zGato is their customer.

And in Italy I think @RIYAD had a nice offer recently.

Use them in Iceland, Finland, Poland and Russia, all locs are fine, hardware-wise they use a mix of your usual Xeon or EPYCs. No IPv6 tho which is kinda sad.

For Denmark try snagging a deal from @virtono. There's also https://webdock.io/en/pricing which I used for a bit in the past, and they were fine (slow VMs but very nice custom panel).

For Hungary, if you're fine with LXC: https://ugyfelkapu.szerverplex.hu/?/cart/lxc-vps
    And https://ugyfelkapu.hostingbazis.hu/index.php?rp=/store/lxc-vps
Been using them both for like 2 years but as those boxes are idling, don't trust much my word.

If there's stock, within your budget: https://my.hip.hosting/hiplets/new
    (Finland, Lithuania, Estonia, Poland, Latvia)
kinda solid, been using them (well, one of their "resellers") for like 2 years.

https://fastvps.hosting/ has Estonia, their website is a bit buggy but I believe it should be within your budget (I pay around 200 RUB/m via their .ru site which is roughly $30/yr).

I thought you need to have a Chinese company and an ICP to legally get any kind of hosting within mainland China.

No, you used to get it with your ID, Alibaba now wants your Passport.

I really hope you meant bandwidth! Also, your "Ima" VPS plan seems to redirect to an option to purchase a domain?

And Belgium on 4 but Scandinavian countries on 3? Only Iceland is really exotic there.
So many hosts have locations there (Norway/Sweden/Finland), how many are offering Brussels (most of them just resell M247 anyways).

    Please select:
"I will use my existing domain and update my nameservers" -
no need to register domain, although the company has a focus in increasing domaining too as pricing is at Registrar (ICANN) level.

Yeah I think a lot of them sold really quickly (20 units in stock now, 34 last time I checked this thread).

Agree that it's still worth it though.

Maybe, but idle for $20 is okayish, but idle for $30 is quite expensive
I think that SolidVPS may offer something extra for $30 (for example 16TB bw, maybe a little bit more storage).

I think that's fair to ask of @SolidVPS , but the chances of them reconfiguring the deal now is unlikely.

  • And yeah for anyone wondering, the price increase by $10/yr doesn't affect existing orders (at least, my dashboard still says $20/yr).

  • Guys, false alarm, now I see $20/yr for SolidVPS (and even tried to buy but seems that I have some address problems). Anyway if someone want this vps for $20 time to grab now.
