ColoCrossing Support Ignored Simple Email Change for 3 Days / Bot Loop (Ticket #813782)
Hi everyone,
Is anyone else experiencing extreme delays with ColoCrossing support recently?
I opened a ticket (Ticket #813782) 3 days ago simply requesting to change my account email because my current one is restricted by risk control. It is an urgent issue for me.
Instead of helping, their support rep "Michael K" has replied with the EXACT same automated macro THREE times, telling me to "wait for the Billing Department during normal business hours."
I even tried sending a direct email to escalate it. What did they do? They just merged my new request into the old ticket and continued to ignore it. They have time to merge tickets, but no time to actually process a 1-minute email change. Two full US business days have passed.
Can any official reps (like @ColoCrossing or @Dustinc ) please help look into this? It's really frustrating.

not everybody work like there is no other life, business hours are 9 to 5 monday to friday in western world.
getting a little too meta there haha
From what im seeing its some form of billing or accounting support so yea M-F 9am-5pm are within reason but a reuqest put in Monday morning and still not answered by Tuesday night is a little exsessive.
