  It looks like NGCOM in Nigeria has the 102.22.220.0/24 range.

  IPInfo ( @Operable4829 ) has some nice summary for IP ranges so you can look up the ASNs, BGP prefixes, countries and even reverse dns entries in given range:

  https://ipinfo.io/ips/102.22.0.0/16

  Good luck with your search. It looks like it's afrinic, so if you find anything cheap please let me know as well

  Which IXP are you trying to connect with?
  There are not many in Nigeria meaning we are most probably already connected with said IXP and we provide VPS.

  Really nice and informative tutorial.
  This seems to be almost exactly what I did last year when looking for new/unknown providers.
