Looking for a backup VPS in Europe (UK/NL/DE preferred).
Requirements:
Specs: 1 Core / 1GB - 2GB RAM / 10GB+ SSD.
Network: 1Gbps port, 500GB+ monthly transfer.
Budget: As cheap as possible (under $15/Year).
Connection: IP accessible from China.
Payment Note:
I'm in China and must use a proxy to access billing sites. This often triggers "Capture Error" with my Amex card.
I need a provider who can manually approve the flagged transaction or supports Alipay.
