    @Chunkserve My VPS has been mostly unreachable since provisioning. It stays connected for a moment and then drops. I've tried rebuilding with different OS and configs, but nothing works. Any advice on this issue?if it can't be fixed, I'd appreciate a refund.

    Hey! I'll process everything today. For all pending orders, +7 days will be added. I see couple of opened tickets - that will be processed in 1-3hrs. If someone ordered a service, but did not receive it, please open a ticket, so it can be sorted accordingly.

    glad to hear you are ok. always good to put a notice somewhere in your website (chat even) when away for a little bit. people can be humans and have issues, so a little notice prevents aggro!
