cheap and fast VPS in the Baltics?

I need cheap and fast (>3.5 EUR, 1gbps) server in the Baltics, LV or EE will be good, LT is ok too.
1CPU/1GB RAM and something like 5gb of storage is good.

    There was some talk in the other thread about uptime and performance of this server.

    As for "ip info", they use @bacloud as upstream and their range is 130.12.171.0/24.
