You can get that spec with @NDTN, but not with windows.

Yeah I was trying to think of Greencloud but couldn't remember the name. Definitely the best option if they support ISO installing Windows like he wants.
greencloud is the shittiest providor. they don't even care about user and just suspend user without giving proper warning

We strictly prohibit Windows on our KVM VPS, as clearly stated in both our TOS and your activation email. Claiming ignorance does not change the fact that the rules were explicitly provided to you.

The fact that the VPS was active for several months without a warning does not change the fact that you violated our TOS. Once a violation is detected by our system, a suspension is issued until the issue is addressed.
if the violation is detected why u suspend the vps? isn’t that first time offense, u could sent a final or first warning.

Out of curiosity, what's wrong with running Windows if the user is bringing their own Windows license? Is it that it is too resource-heavy for cheap plans?

You might want to avoid explicitly advertising that your SEO VPSes are great for running spam software if your TOS is going to prohibit spamming. That will definitely attract the wrong kind of people (like OP).
Each custom Windows installation requires individual reporting to Microsoft, which is why we prohibit them on our KVM plans.

Really? I thought it was up to the customer to ensure they had a valid license. Maybe I misunderstand what you mean by custom installation, though. I have to admit I never use Windows and so have no idea what the requirements are for Hyper-V nodes.
Just keep backups and switch to another provider. There are plenty of other providers that allow (or just don't care about) spamming through software that only runs on Windows. Spelling classes would be helpful as well.

By taking backups before your service is suspended. Backups are not retroactive.

Then let this be a learning experience. From now on, make sure you don't forget to take backups, even if it's as simple as a periodic rsync (or whatever crap you can use on Windows) of your important files.

To be clear, the VPS was suspended for the violation and was unsuspended once you opened the support ticket. How did you loose data because of that?
