Does flowvps document its service or answer tickets?

I joined flowvps a few weeks ago without realising that they apparently block port 25 incoming. The knowledgebase on their website has a total of 1 article. I have lodged 2 support tickets neither of which have been answered. Is there somewhere I can see if/how I can unblock port 25 and is there a better way to contact them than opening support tickets. I understand they are a low cost provider but 2 weeks for a ticket seems too long for me,

Have you logged in to the portal to make sure the ticket doesn't have any replies?
Just incase the reply email was caught in spam?

Sorry we have a bit of a backlog of tickets at the moment and mail related stuff goes to the bottom, especially when it matches a certain profile like yours unfortunately did.
All resolved now.
Hi Dimtar, yes I logged in regularly to check. Fortunately both of my tickets have now been responded to (positively).
FlowVPS are nice, even if sometimes responses are not immediate they are highly professional
