Is the node down during the downtime or just the network? I don't mind occasional network upsets, but I don't really want to stress the filesystem with constant hard shutdowns.

network can be a bit hit or miss, depending on the day I guess, but it's been relatively fine lately.
my VPS rebooted even 2 times a day

What are you using it for? If it also has 1 GB RAM, it's possible that it's OOMing. That happens to me on occasion running Tor relays on servers with so little memory.
I was on the verge of buying one, but the user reports are a total dealbreaker. Sounds like a mess
I personally will never purchase any more services from this provider. Customer support is nonexistent. Between technical issues and payment processing problems, it's a nightmare. Open tickets are just sitting there, becoming fossils...

HostSlim has been one of the worst hosting experiences I’ve had. In just three months, I dealt with awful network quality, constant packet loss, unstable speeds, and overall unreliable service.
Now the situation is even worse, for the last three weeks, I haven’t been able to access my VPS at all. I've reached out to support multiple times and have been completely ignored every single time. No replies, no help, no resolution.
At this point, it honestly feels like they took my money and vanished. I can’t even access my VPS to recover my own data, which is completely unacceptable for any hosting provider.
If you value reliability, support, or access to your data, avoid HostSlim.

i found my reseller hosting now use nginx (not apache like like a few months ago), so now my client website found 404 error if they make pretty permalinks.
so can you help me how to set pretty permalinks with nginx?
or you can change it to apache again or litespeed.
