I actually have three VPSes with them, all prepaid for 5 years. I've been contemplating getting a new one or two. I love how many locations JustHosting has!
tbh idk how you trusted them with a whole 5-year prepayment seeing how they suspend for the most utterly bullshit reasons:
server got unsuspended after a ticket, but wtf??
Something similar happened to me with OrangeVPS where they suspended me after their entire /24 got blacklisted. I was in that /24, so they thought I was "sending spam email" (which of course was not happening). It definitely gives me a reason not to renew with them.
I have no idea why JustHosting would suspend for that reason. If I got a service suspended for such a silly automated reason, it would definitely factor into whether or not I renew. But so far, they seem to be good. I'm hoping what happened with you was just a fluke, although it would have been better if they figured out what caused it and took steps to ensure it wouldn't happen again.

It depends on the location. Some locations, you get older hardware in some cases even with Proxmox 7
(OPO, PMO, LJU, SKG, ...), and at others, you get newer/better hardware like VIE with AMD EPYC 9654. But you can change the location of the VPS yourself if you are not happy with a particular location.
