Small VPS capable of running VestaCP or Virtualmin & a TS server. (UK/EU)
As title says, don't need anything crazy.
I have an online.net box which is terrible, four times this week already I've had the "ping down" alert - had to login to the CP and reboot the box, getting a little fed up with doing this.
Going to drop the online.net service at the end of the month.

i've never had experienced any kind of downtime with them!
the german location should have a good latency to the UK.
I use a 256MB Iniz (yearly) for this and it runs very good (just tweak MySQL to use a little less RAM for caching)
I had a VPS with Ramnode that never had a period of downtime for the 4 months I had it. Nick was always helpful and quick to offer assistance.
