Budget: up to $15/year
Bandwidth: 10TB/month or more
Location: any, but preferably NOT the US (EU/Asia/anywhere else is fine)
Virtualization: KVM preferred
IPv4: 1 IPv4 preferred

The bandwidth seems to be fair-use unmetered. I've been pushing ~50 Mbps in both directions 24/7 and have had no problems so far. Routing is not perfect, but not terrible either, especially for the price.

Hey eramax, we don't have an annual billing option for that plan right now. You can order it monthly at 0.99€/mo here: skri.me/xeon - just extend it 11 months after ordering and you're set for the year.
Why you dont get IONOS or Strato ? Their lowest are still 1 euro/month.
