  I am planning to transfer this to anyone who is student or one who runs community focused projects like globalping, ntp, etc.... for free !! You need to be a LET member for atleast 2 months!!

  Does running a lot of Tor relays, I2P routers, Hyphanet nodes, I2P routers, Syncthing relays, and Globalping probes count?
