Turkey/Bulgaria VPS/Dedi + BGP session
Looking for a cheap VPS or dedicated server with v4+v6 BGP session in Turkey or Bulgaria, as well as ability to use mail ports on the announced prefixes from a personal ASN. Will be used for personal things, as well as self-hosting. Optimal routes to Georgia (the country) are a must.
Edit: 1 Gbps port needed. Limited bandwidth with at least in/out 50TB per month is fine. DDoS protection is not required but very much preferred. Budget is around $100-$150 per month.

@AlexBarakov for dedicated servers in Bulgaria with great network as well.
Hello.
We have Dedicated Servers in Bulgaria (a little closed for your budget)
https://alexhost.com/dedicated-servers/dedicated-hosting-in-bulgaria/
We allow BGP and BYOIP in our dedicated servers
DDoS Protection included. IPv6 supported and free 1.
All servers including VPS and Dedicated Servers have port 25 enabled / mail ports also.
We also have Bulgaria VPS

Hello, We can provide Turkey/Istanbul location dedicated servers;
https://balhost.net.tr/en/
https://lg.balhost.net.tr
Why were they banned, though? With no comments and just one discussion post, it seems like they may have just started a promo thread without having first bought a provider tag, which says nothing about the quality of their service.
True... but looks like they are also banned on other green forum... so must be more to it than just a post and a tag
@Rabisu maybe, they are giving away some credits to try the service (has BG,TR)
Or AlphaVPS. I have one in Sofia, stable & nice.
Thank you for the tag. We have our own infrastructure in Bulgaria and Türkiye, and we offer BGP support on our dedicated servers, but unfortunately we cannot provide quotes because we cannot offer permissions on mail ports.
However, if you would like to take a look at our network flow, you can use this link.

@senkodev - Thank you for the mention. We do not offer BGP sessions on anything other than colocation, but we can announce your ASN and subnets free of charge.
Hi,
Melbicom has VPS and dedicated servers in Sofia.
For €140.00/month you can get these specs:
CPU: Xeon E-2356G 3.20 GHz (6 core)
RAM: 32GB
Storage: 2x480GB SSD
Bandwidth: 10Gbit/s
Data transfer: 50TB
You can take a look here: https://www.melbicom.net/dedicatedserver/?utm_id=2025_BSTForum100
BGP session can be activated for free on dedicated servers: https://www.melbicom.net/bgp-session/?utm_id=2025_BSTForum100
And DDoS protection is available as an addon: https://www.melbicom.net/ddos/?utm_id=2025_BSTForum100
You guys would have been the perfect option price and latency wise, too sad you can't offer mail ports on announced prefixes. Is it due to your internal policy or mail ports are just blocked across all prefixes?
Unfortunately dedi price is a bit too high for my needs
Unfortunately the latency is too high from/to my ISP in Georgia
:(Would have been perfect if there was no KYC requirement to open the mail ports on own prefixes
:(Yes, generally our infrastructure does not allow IP address announcements for VPSs.
Mail ports are protected with strict rate limits as per company policy.
Hello,
We offer BGP sessions for Dedicated Servers, with creating a ticket or sending mail we can share our stock and prices with you. SMTP Ports are allowed but we don't allow spam mail usage.
Feel free choosing is for Istanbul/Turkey location with high uptime and high performance.

Banning mail port(s?) for brought IP addresses announced under brought ASN is questionable practice I have never seen yet
Had to go through the pain of that with Melbicom, but it was on a VPS though
