    Are the Asia locations (Hong Kong and Tokyo) currently sold out or out of stock for the ongoing promotions? I've seen some older deals mention limited availability in premium spots.

    For the moment we are out of stock in HK, and nearly out of stock in Tokyo.

    I have re-enabled Tokyo for a couple of order, then I will disable it again.
