Typically OVH low-end providers tend to die quickly.
I thinks it's depends on providers.
Price per month when paying quarterly (there isn't even monthly payment avaible) = 7.3$.
I don't think this offer meets LET criteria.
Also you say you are a webdesigner. Judging by the design of your website you might want to look into a different field of work.
