We run the /redact end point after each one. The data is destroyed. See I like that. A question. Not an assumption or accusation, but a question. I was actually probing to see if anyone would ask me that. I wish more people would calmly ask questions instead of make accusations and then feel as though they've obligated me to answer to them. Dare I say it's very adult behavior. Then again I do enjoy meeting people at the juvenile level every now and then (go away Chris Hanson).

  • Do you allow one-time payments via Paypal?
Also, can I use your service for outbound mail only?
I want to keep my inbound emails and storage on my current cpanel account but use your platform for sending.
Does your system support this setup?

Yes. However keep in mind it is a recurring service. Some people find it weird when they get an invoice, but the assumption is that you want to renew unless a cancellation request is filed (easily done in the panel).

@GenerallyClueless said: Also, can I use your service for outbound mail only?

For now, yes. We will be eventually closing the ability to write the sender from your own server, and deploying a transactional email service. However, it'll be included in existing plans. It won't require a new service to use it. We'll give plenty of notice.

  • @jar are you planning further drops or can I stop hitting F5 now?

same question here, should I stop F5ing?

edit: I neither have any problems with my billing data being stored for eternity, nor am I an EU citizen. :D

Sidenote: This year technically marks my 7th year with MXroute I believe (albeit with a year off and a new account in-between). Don't think I've ever had one complaint to make

I second this. I've had several services with MXroute over the years and have absolutely no complaints. Considering what I pay for the services, I almost feel guilty for rippiing @jar off.
If he offends a snowflake or two then so be it, in my opinion that is only a plus. I would have bought a service and idle it just to show my support if it wasn't out of stock.

Should be fixed. Fun story. DirectAdmin randomly fails to write usernames to users.list. I have a notification for every time someone clicks the login link and it fails, but I’ve gathered enough data to automate this fix now.

  • I was going to check this out, but I remembered I still got your BF2023 $15/3yr deals. Still using it for a small project, awesome value

Likewise, got a BF $30/3 yr medium plan. No regrets.

Can you explain what you mean by "write the sender from your own server?"

I use it for outgoing only. Incoming mail goes to my own servers. It's my personal email, though, with the mxroute smtp servers configured in Thunderbird for outgoing mail.

We’ll talk more when the time comes. Don’t worry about it for now. It’s gonna take you about 30 seconds to adjust and you’ll have at least 30 days to do it (probably more) at an unknown future date.

  • @jar For a fair campaign, you need to increase stock for countries with time differences and for users who cannot place orders.

    ditto, please @jar

  • By the time I got home and checked LET, it was all sold out :'(
@memok is right. Many of us don't have the timezone advantage to see such offers in real time.

Well it is what it is. I’m glad some of you had a good time and got the offer you’d been wanting. This was the last offer that will be made for LET, and I will no longer be participating here. See you if I see you!
