At least 512 MB ram, 15 GB disk, and 1 TB traffic.

For ukraine location you can check @vsys_host
Are you aware of the power outages in this location?
There is no problems with it in the Datacenter where I am
ITLDC
Good recommendation with a lot of rare locations (LV, CH, GR, CZ), but unfortunately the HD plans are out of stock and the other plans are out of budget.
I will keep them in mind for the future, though.
Do you require uptime?
..very important question
FWIF i have been using @hostiko ’s Kyiv VPS (Aeza refugee plan, roughly $22/yr) with no issue.
hyperhost.ua
i run an 1core, 1GBram, 10GBdisk,1TB traffic there. (vps mini, openvz 7, little more than 30USD; 40USD/y)
no downtime last 1 yr
based on my experience, i would no longer recommend this provider.
What happened?

Not citing with any side here. Just linking the relevant stuff.
Is it not industry standard to terminate services and not reinstate them if renewal isn’t paid in time? I’m not saying @hyperblast is in the wrong, but I also don’t blame @hostiko .

These should all have Ukraine locations, ask around for offers.
Thanks for the recommendation, but I should've clarified above that I am actively ruling out Russian providers and/or providers who colocate in Russia.
You can chargeback later
