Good god, I hope no one is dumb enough to give an ID to you after the shenanigans you've pulled

Nah I doubt it. Most people hate KYC and will just give fake info. Just some MJJs are stupid and get themselves fraud flagged.

He may have thrown a tantrum but... $5/year is $5/year. No one can argue with that.

That's a question for Stripe. I don't review IDs. But you notice the one person who skipped right over me saying that it's automated with Stripe and says "I hope people don't give you their ID." It's that kind of poor attention to detail that leads to the way I feel about certain people who annoy me. One detail gets fudged here, another there, and they build up this entire narrative around their refusal to comprehend details, which leads them to create some image of me in their head that is ultimately entirely imagined. I mean on some level it's flattering, on another it's frustrating because I actually do pay attention to details and it's rather annoying to be ganged up on by people who don't.

When new regulations hit it just made more sense to drop it. We weren't making much at all from it.

  • Thanks @jar. Happy to have two accounts now, and to continue to support the great way you do business.

Just start following @jar in every thread, make another drama that @jar is using non-kosher IP addresses or something, and you will also get your named $5 plan.

Your payment method is irrelevant. You'd only need to verify id if mxroute payment gateway notice something wrong, you'll get mail asking to verify on stripe. If you don't reg with vpn, doesn't give fake reg details then you're fine no need kyc and shit since the payment going through without triggering mxroute's abuse detection is kyc already.

Edit: it might not be automatic since jar said hes manually review, but the point still stand. If you don't get further notif asking for kyc then you're fine, regardless of payment method.

ID is simply an optional way around the fraud filter. Normally we would have rejected the order based on the scoring returned by fraudlabspro. However, I wanted to give you a way to override that and my decision was to implement Stripe Identity.

The manual review tickets are a final option to request a review, which is usually denied because we almost always find the reason for the high fraud score to have been valid, and the only way we’re going to accept that order is by the Stripe Identity implementation, and these are people who refused it.

  • I wake up to an MXroute deal... being out of stock :/

  • same :(

  • and it's gone :|

  • Great deal. Didn't get one as I already have an active service, but I'd like to share my thoughts here. Despite recent comments from a couple of people, I still trust @jar and his company as a service provider. He has been in this industry for a long time delivering what he does best. How he chooses to manage his customer relationships and operate his business is entirely up to him. If he chooses to part ways with certain customers to protect his business the way he sees fit, that is entirely his decision as a business owner.
