Beginning January 1st, 2025 the transfer of Lifetime licenses is prohibited. Lifetime licenses are intended for the lifetime of the buyer and may not be sold or transferred.
Transfer Eligibility
Licenses may be transferred if:
The license was purchased from blesta.com, and not through a reseller.
The license was purchased at least 90 days ago.
The license is an owned license, and is covered by support & updates. If support and updates has expired, it must first be extended.
Blesta has two categories of "Owned" license: "Owned License" and "Owned Lifetime".
I would assume the "Lifetime" one requested by @hostdare is the one that cannot be transferred as of Jan 1st 2025.
