  Hi @Chunkserve,

  Been running the 4C8G E5 VPS for a while, really solid for the price. Only issue is disk space is down to ~15GB and getting tight.

  Invoice #4291 - looking to claim the bonus.

  Would be great if additional disk space is available for legacy plans, but understand if it's random/limited. If not available, additional 1GB RAM works too!

  Happy with any bonus you can offer. Thanks for the great service.

  My VPS is also down. Ticket #AXI-255276 – VPS Down.

  Seeing multiple customers reporting prolonged outages without a clear resolution is extremely concerning. Something seems seriously wrong here.

  @Chunkserve, could you please provide an explanation of what's happening and when we can expect our services to be restored?

  my server has been down continuously for 2 weeks now. Planning to move out from Chunkserve but I need the server to be up so that I can take proper backup. Unfortunately, no luck. Please help, nobody update the ticket. Ticket ID: ZFG-285908
  The customer portal is also down.
