Machine with GPU for transcoding
Must have a GPU with transcoding support. The machine could have as little as 20gb storage but would like at least 8gb RAM. Prefer EU location and a GPU with AV1 decode/encode support, but HEVC 10 bit is acceptable. Please send me the best offer, as I'm not sure how much this would cost.
Intel QSV preferred, Nvidia NVENC is acceptable. Thanks.

I did not ask for a product focused on AI training or mention CUDA anywhere in my original listing. Please enlighten yourself on what NVENC and QSV mean in the future, as this is quite clearly an inappropriate product for my relatively light demands. Thanks.
