Looking for dedicated servers in Albania

Budget ~200$
- Server specs: nothing fancy, as long as CPU is not 20 years old.
- IPv6 support.
- 1Gbps unmetered or atleast 100TB with option to upgrade to unmetered.
- Server will be used for seedbox. DMCA (P2P) reports are expected.
- FakeGEO is alright as long as physical location is in EU.
Do not recommend:
- Albahost (they don't ignore DMCA).
- iRegister (Keminet) seems to be dead and does not reply to any emails.

I would encourage you to BYOIP and handle the abuses yourself and you may still be within the budget price.

Sorry for breaking in with a kind of off-topic, but saying "don't recommend" just because a host prefers to avoid getting DMCAs isn't very fair IMO.
@AlbaHost is a great provider, I have a VPS with them, the speed and stability are top-notch.

I am just stating facts and asking to not recommend them, because they don't fit my needs. I don't see the problem, just telling forward so people don't waste their time?

We don’t ignore DMCA or abuse reports, and we’ve never advertised that we do. We’re a compliant provider and we have upstreams and local/international regulations to answer to, like everyone else.
If someone brings their own ASN and IP space, they manage their own resources and handle their own abuse cases, but that still doesn’t mean we allow or support abuse on our network.
Realistically speaking, I don’t think any serious provider in Albania or Kosovo offers or would even dare to offer “DMCA ignore” services. That’s simply not how things work here. As I’ve mentioned in other threads, every country has its own laws, in our case both local and international regulations apply.
If we’re not a fit for someone’s use case, that’s completely fine, better to be transparent upfront.

Aren't the majority of your servers in the Netherlands with spoofed geofeeds? There are a number of lenient hosts there.
NL is not our only or majority location. We operate in multiple regions/locations, all clearly stated in our ToS.
Locations are selected based on connectivity and infrastructure quality not “leniency.”
We do not operate as a DMCA-ignore provider, and we clearly state that in our ToS!

If you are OK with fakegeo then go with a host that really ignores dmca. There are plenty of in the EU

iRegister aka Keminet are fine with that. Albanian companies and hosts aren't legally required to obey DMCA notices under Albanian law.
@avsisp is also located in Albania. Don't know if they ignore dmca
