Concern About Service Experience with SERVERSPAN.com / ENGINYRING
I do not recommend the provider SERVERSPAN to anyone, specifically their all in one employee @Andreix (the company is known as Serverspan, Serverspan.com, ENGINYRING, and ENGINYRING Europe SRL).
I saw that @Andreix was offering the service I needed in another thread (https://lowendtalk.com/discussion/comment/3961372/#Comment_3961372
), so I opened a ticket with them and requested it. In response, the mentioned person started arguing and going back and forth. When I asked why he was advertising something they do not actually have, he replied in the style of “it is your fault, you should formulate your request better” and then locked the ticket so I could not reply or reopen it.
It is clear that this company, although I believe it is just one person, has no level of service or customer orientation whatsoever. I am left with only negative impressions from this interaction.
I am sure that there will also be a response to this post attempting to rehabilitate himself, blaming everything on me, saying that I am stupid, that I cannot think properly, cannot write properly, do not know how to buy services, and so on. Apparently, this is simply his manner of behavior.

Also can't even spell engineering, red flag.
He tried to be all edgy with the spelling, but when you actually try to pronounce it as it's spelled, it's a disaster.
Show/Post the ticket communications and stop with the cringe that is the last paragraph.
Just because they said something on a thread from 2 years ago doesn't mean much, and im guessing the actual tickets would paint a slightly different story.

Long story short:
In that thread named "i need vps in usa that offer isp like a=AT&T others", I replied "We have Cogent in our upstream, if that's ok with you and there will be legal use of the VM.".
You opened a ticket today asking for a VPS with IPv4 address from Cogent. I explained you that, as per my reply, we have Cogent in our network blend, but we can not sell services with IPv4 addresses allocated from the upstream's network directly (aka resell Cogent services).
I think next time you should learn to ask exactly what you want: "a vps with IPv4 from Cogent network".
From your initial request, my reply was totally appropriate as it did not mentioned you need a service within that network. I also said we have it in our upstream blend.
From that to you arguing with us over tickets that "you said you offer Cogent IPv4" ... I think it's more or less a difficulty to express yourself and/or your needs; rather than our misunderstanding.
Feel free to post entire ticket history. I have nothing against it. Else, I can post it for you; there's no confidential data, so no GDPR breach (tho', I doubt you are an EU citizen).

I believe we have very different understanding on what arguing means.
Not to mention the record time you got a reply to your query... some pay premium tiers for that.
