Minimum 16cores & 32gb of ram
1G deliver on a 10G

950$ for 1G, unfortunately it’s not matching our budget
that's pretty close to market price in the region. You're not getting 1g 95% (plus a server) for $200/m in Japan.
I think it should be doable, but closer to the upper range of your budget.
FDCservers lists a dual E5-2690 v2 with 10 Gbps unmetered for $560 (of which $300 is for the bandwidth). They used to offer 1 Gbps unmetered for $40 or 10 Gbps for $300 with most servers, not sure why the 1 Gbps option's not available here. I'd contact them.
Another option might be to contact Zare. I'm pretty sure they used to have some Ryzen servers available in Tokyo, although they don't seem to be in stock atm. The E-2334 they have in stock has a 1 Gbps unmetered option for £100. I think that might be delivered as a 1 Gbps uplink, but they have 10 Gbps uplinks as standard on metered plans, so I expect you could get your 1 Gbps unmetered on a 10G uplink without breaking the bank.

We curently paying 500$ per G with our curent provider... but it's not including the hardware.
Prob the best you'll get on a reliable long term provider. Japan is expensive.

Nice, hope they'll work out for you. I used their servers in a few other locations and their uptime and network (and the core network people whom you'll talk to about the BGP setup) have been solid.
I was curious, did you get a custom bandwidth plan for 1 Gbps 95th percentile over a 10G uplink, or did you just get the 10G unmetered plan?
