Hi, I'm trying your service about week ago, put a name to monitor, but few days later my account was disabled due to.. inactivity. Could you please clarify, do we need to login regularly everyday? because this is a monitoring service, i expect this service alert me if something goes wrong..right?. Btw im gonna try again:

Hey, that’s a fair point.
Right now free accounts get disabled after 30 days without login. It’s not about the monitoring itself — every active domain triggers AI processing in the background, so we need a way to clean up completely idle free accounts.
You don’t need to log in daily. Once a month is enough for now. We’re actually thinking of extending it to 90 days to make it more relaxed.

Yeah, it is meant to be set-and-forget for alerts and reminders.
The only catch is the free plan. Since every active domain uses AI processing in the background, we can’t keep completely inactive free accounts running forever. That’s why there’s a login requirement.
On paid plans there’s no inactivity disable — those stay active as expected.
