Hello, I need a VPS in Switzerland.
VZ Type: KVM/vmware
Number of Cores: 2
RAM: ≥ 2 GB
Disk Space: ≥ 40 gb
Disk Type: ssd or nvme
Bandwidth: ≥ 3 TB
Port Speed: ≥ 1gbits
DDoS Protection: yes
Number of IPs: 1x ipv4
Reverse DNS.
Location of server: Switzerland (no EU).
Budget: (monthly) 10$ - 15$ max.
Billing period: Monthly
Backups or snapshots: would be nice.
- No EU style KYC. Will pay with CC in my name, will give you my tax ID and address, could even pay from my bank account, but will not send you pics of my docs or go through any visual ID verification, selfies and other EU required BS. That's a no deal for me.
- must be able to mount iso from customer portal, turning it on and off and all the basic things, without having to email customer service every time...
- hosting provider: must not be incorporated in any of the countries that are tightening privacy (UK, EU etc)

Not registered in EU, but servers in CH? You're looking at a very small market. CH is an expensive place to have your company in.

this is their reply and they wrote

I see they have an ID check platform called kCheck where you must uploads your documents and selfie for some services and ticked supports...

I know it's tight. I could consider US incorporated companies, but not UK and not EU ones for sure.
If @MannDude opens a Swiss location, they would probably be perfect for your needs.
Other than that, I would look at hosttech and iFog @ruben both Swiss based. There is also @GTHost (Canada Based) but no vps stock only Dedicated Servers.
Also DDoS protection isn't available with a lot of these providers
