Ultra-Low Windows VPS Pricing - VPS Cheaper Than Expected- Thoughts? 😐

Hi everyone,
I’ve been purchasing Windows Server VPS from a seller for the past 6 months for my customers. The pricing I’m getting as a reseller is:
4GB – $5.36/month Specs: 2core,80GB SSD
8GB – $8.94/month Specs: 4core,80GB SSD
16GB – $13.59/month Specs: 4core,80GB SSD
Locations include US, UK, and Australia — and interestingly, all locations are offered at the same price.
For reference, here are a couple of IPs:
AUS: 134.199.174.109
UK: 167.99.87.56
As far as i know, this is the lowest pricing i am getting from him being a reseller.
more interesting is that performance has been relatively stable so far. No major downtime, deployment is fast, and basic workloads (RDP usage, automation tasks, light applications) run smoothly. I haven’t experienced serious resource throttling yet.
My question to the community:
How is this pricing realistically possible for Windows VPS at these specs and locations?. is there anyone who finds out how they sell me these windows vps soo cheap.
Any insights from experienced providers or resellers would be appreciated.

Both IPs belong to DigitalOcean. Someone probably got free credits and is renting out VPS from it.
surprisingly, i am purchasing from him since last 6 month if he belongs to Digitalocean. how these are still running.i mean the free credit should be expired after a first and second month
