At this point I don't care about Virtualizor hack anymore. This is unacceptable. The VPS was not restored since the Virtualizor hack, the data is gone (whatever) and no reply in ticket since 6th of February.

The technical team is probably busy smoking ganja or promoting services on hack forums. At this point I recommend everyone to avoid this service provide and not to buy anything from this rotten company.

Nope, just regular BF VPS deal.
I had to manually reinstall mine. A heads up would have been nice.
I have literally nothing to reinstall, because there is no VPS assigned to my account, lmao.

The VPS has been removed from Virtualizor but is still marked as active in WHMCS. They do not respond to the support tickets.
At some point, Max will most likely show up with some excuse about real life, health, or something... say that he's sorry, and then continue as if nothing happened.

They gave me the same answer. This is unbelievable. It's been 16 days and I still don't have access to my VPS...
From February 1st, my server has been down and data lost. They do not reply to tickets. It's 16 days .....!
Maybe just because I had a ticket up for the last 2 weeks - not about the service being down, about the lack of communication about it, raised after 2 days of complete silence...
But anyway, my service was just cancelled and refunded. No "do you want to cancel or anything like that", just gone.
