I'm currently looking for a VPS for VPN for personal use and to give access to some friends
Payment by cryptocurrency is a priority.
Minimum requirements:
CPU: 1 core+
RAM: 1GB+
Storage: 10GB+
Bandwidth: Unlimited or 5TB+
Port speed: 1Gbps+
Location: Sweeden/Finland/Germany/Poland
Price: 5-6$, ready to pay for a year at once
Low ping for RU(Moscow, Samara, etc)
If it's not too much trouble, please attach a screenshot of the ping/mtr test to the IP address 46.0.74.14

Low ping is how much ? From @aluy (their last sale is still active) Finland is 30ish sec. Also hosthatch in sweden is 34 same as @heartbeat_IT . If 46 ping is ok you can get those specs with unmetered bw for 12 euros/year from Ionos in DE.

All mentioned above support cryptocurrency payments. You can also research on your own by looking at globalping results or Looking Glass to compare latency to your IP. Not sure what you consider acceptable.

Once I finish doing new network, from Poland with direct RETN peering, we are at 38ms:

Micro plan would be ideal for your use case, 5TB bandwidth is not a problem. As Oloke mentioned, out of stock at the moment, but hopefully something frees up when new network is up and running.
Oh and btw @FelixMillerScary94 if Lithuania (Siauliai) is fine as well, @SolidVPS still has the Christmas deal available. IIRC they also accepted crypto via some gateway. Keep in mind that's a promo so refunds are not possible but otherwise it should be fine i think:
