Any WHMCS licenses purchased must be used on one of our virtual private servers or website hosting plans. Licenses are manually provisioned and may take 24-48 hours to activate.

Advinservers is solid. Used their Johor premium plan for a bit and the performance is top-notch. Honestly one of the best I've tried. Only reason I stopped is because my ISP has terrible peering with GSL.
I think this is similar to my current issue (to a few other providers too not only Advin)
