I want it to be disabled as because my website is connected to apk and to telegram bot using api, but due to stackprotect it is showing captcha to almost every users here , so due to this, api request is getting failed everytime
Then, a VPS server would be a safer option than shared hosting. Almost every type of shared hosting has the security layer installed by default. You might want to take a look at some of the cheap Singapore VPSs listed in this forum.

Resellers can disable stackprotect function from any package they want ( by disabling this, it only disables the captcha condition, but ddos protection is still active, but if that package hits ddos attack, it will automatically turn on the stackprotect option)

Yes thats how stackcp works. For reseller they can assign whatever quota they want, including the 10gb mailbox count. Stack via their registrar give 100 10gb mailbox for free for each domains bought from them.

https://www.20i.com/domain-names their prices are slightly higher than those of mainstream registrars, but they are completely reasonable because they sell domains through enom.

According to https://www.20i.com/domain-names they only offer one 10GB mailbox per domain (not a hundred).
I swear they used to have a comparison table on that exact page where the free tier, for domains bought there gets 100 mailbox. And luckily i do have a domain there and checking the stackcp panel quota on the account showed i do have 100 mailbox. Maybe they changed the free offer now because the current storage pricing and grandfathered old account? I dunno
From your screen shot it appears you purchased a web hosting plan with them; not just only a domain name.
No i didn't. The shared hosting is included in the free tier. 10gb storage, 250mb bandwith, 1 mysql db, 100 mailbox, 0 subdomain, 1 ftp is what i got for free. I wouldn't pay for measly 250mb bandwith lol
