GreenCloud has Sydney location. You have to pay at least quarterly, and it's a bit less than $7/month.

Australia is expensive. Mostly because of bandwidth, but also because of the patented Aussie "Coz we can" attitude.
If you want a good deal - Oracle Cloud is your best option.

it has not windows operating system by default. but there is a option you can install OS manually using ISO after make a purchase. i want to confirm can i install manually Windows OS in it or not. is there any experience you have
You can freely install any OS including Windows on HostHatch as far as I know.
I'm pretty sure you can install any os with GreenCloud as well. The locations I've seen use virtfusion. There is an option to mount any iso you want in there. I find it a bit slow but it works.
But you really cant go wrong with either GreenCloud or HostHatch. I use both and are both top notch.

However, I haven’t personally used either of them yet, so I can’t comment on real-world performance, network stability, or overall reliability.
If you’ve had hands-on experience with both, I’d really appreciate more insight specifically regarding uptime, disk performance, support response time, and long-term stability. Pricing is important for my use case, but performance consistency matters even more since I’m planning to use the VPS for business purposes.
