Anyone else having trouble with HyperHostSolutions

Since 0343 GMT today, my VPS has been unreachable over the network about 50% of the time. External uptime monitor service keeps sending me pairs of emails, the first saying it could not reach the VPS by ping from more than one location, the second a minute later saying connectivity was restored.

I'm having trouble opening a support ticket because their client area alternately works and then hits Cloudflare 522 error pages. I'm now stuck on the "submit ticket" button, because that form post never goes through.

Anyone else?

  • Ah, turns out my ticket did open because I got an email confirming it, even if I never managed to get the client area ticket view page to load.

    Faulty network card on host replaced, and all is not stabilised. So probably not (many) other people with a problem, given it was only on one hypervisor.
