  For Raleigh-NC I am reposting this here again: Please note that the IPs are from a fresh allocation, so geolocation databases may take approximately 3–4 weeks to update. At the moment, they may still show as Tampa, FL, but the servers are physically located in North Carolina.

  We are also currently experiencing a faulty transceiver in our cabinet, which is impacting download speeds in this datacenter.

  A replacement has already been ordered; however, due to the holiday season, it is not expected to arrive until the early week of January 2026.

  Once replaced, download speeds should return to normal and match upload performance.

  You may still place an order during this time, and the issue will be fully resolved as soon as the replacement arrives and shipping can be expedited after the holidays.
