  Yeah, root access on a shared hosting environment wouldn't be possible. You'd need to ensure you are satisfied with the server configuration and the features offered. Otherwise you'd need a VPS if you wanted root access, but the cPanel license itself would exceed your budget in that regard.

  @SmokyHosts has Mumbai based vps. Maybe install cpanel yourself.

  Yet another note: DA vs cPanel is a vast topic, which literally has no absolute conclusion. It completely depends upon individuals usecase, budget and choice.

  You can run your own server, pay cash to company in same country when you can keep your own server at ur home or a friend home with proxmox

  Owning your VPS + cPanel + other software is way more expensive than owning a cPanel reseller....
  All you said above is manageable by user from cpanel under cloudlinux os.
  My advice is to search a good cpanel reseller that fits in your requirements. Keep in mind that nobody will give you root access.

  And when someone signs up and nukes all the sites and it takes days/weeks to restore everything (if there's backups)?

  Not sure why you can't do those actions inside of cPanel/DA.

  can u suggest a vps plan with 25 cpanel license who need root access and with search another DA reseller accounts for my static and wordpress site clients

  Yes I respect ur statement @Francisco but the actually our company is providing customized web application for many clients in core php, laravel software which we need some special advanced privilege in whm which many company don't provide even in vps so we need root access .. Even ur crate plan I have been used for 2 clients for 6 to 1 year time but you don't provide root access even willing to paying $30 per month

  Correct I’m not giving root for that.

  You should PM me what you’re needing to do for those users and maybe I can make a module/plugin/hook to help you out.
