I want a 16-core 32G RAM VPS. Can you give me some advice?
im form China,is China Man,Due to China's special filing system, I want to put some websites. In non-Chinese areas, can you recommend them to me? My needs are: 16 cores 32G RAM, any region (because I will use Cloudflare CDN, which adopts Anycast technology) about 500 CNY/Year (because I have seen HostDzire once sold 32USD, that is, about 224CNY). If you think my idea is stupid, I think I can raise some prices. So do you have any good suggestions?

Not possible.
There is no need for 2 languages here, we perfectly understand English. If there is Chinese seller here, they do also understand English as this is English only forum.
Thats 70ish $/y vps, which is low for now. W8 for big promos.
On second thought best you can get now is this
And this:
Hello! @DaFuHao
We provide Global Locations NVMe Cloud VPS, however a $72/year budget is very low for a 16-core, 32GB RAM VPS in non-China regions. With this budget, we can offer lower CPU/RAM plans, or if you can increase the budget, we can suggest a suitable configuration.
special filing system.. interesting way of saying big brother is watching you.
Using Cloudflare’s CDN does not eliminate the importance of server location.
Except if you plan to serve static websites with 32GB of RAM
You sure you need all 32GB RAM for some websites?
RAM is precious these days so I don't think this would be realistic for most to offer this at 500 CNY (72 USD per year).
If you can settle on 16 GB, then @HostDZire 's offers are still active here (for around $75/year but still unmatched price):

Using zram/swap will probably save you some memory without sacrificing performance too much given the OS will still have plenty of memory to work with.
What type of website?
I think you can get it, but with some old CPU
