My server is down as well, This is the 3rd outage I've seen since purchasing in December. Performance is pretty decent for the price when it works, but if you need reliability they've been pretty spotty in my experience.

IPv6 works and the server is still running but the IPv4 subnet 74.50.11.0/24 is messed up (appears it is rented from IPXO).

the fact that it happens day 6 (or day 5 last time) of the month makes me wonder if they're renting it monthly and not paying on time for reasons.

No issues here. Been online since last reinstall.
You’re lucky. Unfortunately, my server has been unavailable since Friday, and I’m still waiting to hear back from support. While I understand that issues can happen, this situation has been a bit discouraging for me, and I’m currently considering whether to renew the server rental once the contract ends.
